Alessandra Sciurello: During her Master degree in architecture and construction engineering she participated in a student exchange with the Mississippi State university where she discovered the links between social and urban science. After her degree she decided to leave her native Sicily to explore other parts of Europe and eventually pursue a Master in History of Art (her biggest passion) at the University of Bristol. Her main interest is the relationship between urban space and social interactions and in particular the impact that art, both from official and unofficial providers, has in shaping them. Since 2014 she has lived in Vienna where she works in an architecture office whilst keeping her passions and her curiosity alive by attending different university classes.
