Héctor G. Castaño is an assistant professor at the Institute of Philosophy, National Sun Yat-sen University (Taiwan) and a program director at the Collège international de philosophie (2019-2025). His teaching and publications are mostly in the areas of deconstruction, phenomenology, aesthetics and transcultural philosophy. Castaño’s current research interrogates the relationship between philosophical institutions and nationalism.
